ACLE was born out of a joint idea of six founding members practicing in Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, the UK and France in Brussels.
ACLE is a non-profit association legally registered in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
Our goal is to build a double platform: one for Chinese lawyers practicing in Europe to promote communication, share resources, and take cooperation; the other for Chinese outbound investors to easily get access to outstanding Chinese lawyers in each country of Europe.

Annual meeting in Luxembourg. Membership grew to more than 20 people covering Germany, France, Italy, UK, Luxembourg, Belgium, Portugal, and Sweden.
Annual meeting in Milan, elected the third Board of Directors. Seminar on "Chinese Investments in Europe and Legal Security".
Membership reached close to 80, covering nearly all EU countries. Active participation in pandemic relief and networking events.
