Lin Man is partner and head of China Desk at PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados. She was graduated in Law from the Lisbon Catholic University Faculty of Law in 2000 and has a Postgraduate in court practice and advising companies at the same University, 2002. She is a fully qualified lawyer under Portuguese Law since 2002 and and her experience includes the representation and advising in several cross border transactions, concerning corporate matters and cross border mergers and acquisitions, investment residence permit programme (the so-called golden visa) and foreign investment as well as in all legal issues related to the entry, stay, exit and removal of foreign nationals into and out of Portugal.
