Work Experience

 

Ms Antao Zhao is a Chinese lawyer practicing in Germany. After she acquired the qualification to practice law in China, she successfully completed a master course in German law, which gives her a deep understanding in both legal systems. Ms Zhao provides legal consulting not only for Chinese investors for their cross-border transactions in Germany/Europe, but also for European enterprises regarding their investments in China.  The focus of her advisory work is Corporate law, M&A and Contract law. -

Ms. Antao Zhao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese law. And after that, she acquired a Master’s degree in German Law from Westphalian Wilhelms University in Muenster.
