Lei Huang with over 10 years legal experience acts as General Counsel of CIMC Enric Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company and is responsible for the legal matters, compliance matters, risk management and internal auditing for CIMC Enric’s business in and out of China. Prior to join CIMC Enric, Lei had worked in Greenberg Traurig LLP.'s Amsterdam office and London office for 11 years in total and focused on general corporate law, inward and outward investments in respect to China and international trade and distribution, primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, multi-jurisdictional joint ventures, tax-oriented corporate restructuring, international financings and general corporate matters. She also advised on both Dutch and European competition law and EU regulatory issues including introduction of various regulated products into the EU market. Moreover, Lei has wide-ranging experience in the field of international commercial dispute resolution. She has represented international enterprises, import and export companies, large state-owned enterprises in arbitrations in the areas of technology transfer, joint venture and international trade disputes, in front of various arbitration tribunals, i.e., Beijing Arbitration Commission, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee (CIETAC), ICC Court of Arbitration, International Court of Arbitration of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig LLP., Lei worked with the Appeals Chamber of a United Nations' international court, a leading Chinese law firm and CIETAC as well as local district courts in China.
